Ryan Gosling born as Ryan Thomas Gosling on November 12th, 1980 in London, Ontario, Canada is an outstanding actor. He was nominated for Oscar for his starring role in "Half Nelson" and also earned the Golden Globe nomination for his wonderful performance in "Lars and the Real Girl". Ryan Gosling also had the distinction of being the first Mickey Mouse Club member to be nominated for Oscar.
Ryan Gosling was born to Donna, a secretary and Thomas Gosling, a paper mill worker. In his childhood, Ryan Gosling has been a bully in school always engaging in fist fights with his fellow students. As a result his mother pulled him out of the school at age ten. He then studied at two other schools. He finally dropped out of them at age seventeen and moved to Los Angeles.
Ryan Gosling at the age of thirteen appeared in sixth and seventh seasons of The Mickey Mouse Club show along side Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, and Justin Timberlake. Later he got other television series "Young Hercules", "Goosebumps" and "Breaker High". Besides television shows, Ryan Gosling had also acted in movies. He won critical acclaim for his performance as Neo Nazi in "The Believer" for which he won Grand Jury award at the Sundance Film Festival. His romantic performance in "The Notebook" made him one of the People magazine's Fifty Hottest Bachelors. He was also named the Show West Male Star of Tomorrow. In 2007, the hot Hollywood actor, Ryan Gosling was extended an invitation to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Ryan Gosling has had romantic relationship with Canadian actress Rachel McAdams, his co-star in "The Notebook", who he considers as one of the 'greatest loves of his life'. However the two got broke up in November of 2007.
